Chelsea star talks about his best position but says his angry with Chelsea coach Graham Potter because he has refused to play him at his best position at Chelsea

Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount has named his best position, amidst debates on where he should be playing for Chelsea and England.

With a World Cup wight around the corner, it will be a great time from an England standpoint for Mount to hit some top form again, as he has been struggling a bit for Chelsea this season, as have all the players.

But for me, I’ve never believed Mount is playing in his best position and therefore we are not getting the very best out of him at Chelsea. And he has confirmed that he has not been playing in his best position for Chelsea this week, although not in those words.

Mount has told the 5th Stand App that his best position is an 8. And for Chelsea this season he has largely either been playing as a 10 or as a winger, and none of these positions suit him as much as the 8 does.
